BJ-2 Disintegration Tester

Disintegration testers are widely used to measure the quality of the oral dosage form like tablets and capsules. A disintegration test is a procedure to find out the time it takes for a solid dosage form to completely disintegrate. If the disintegration time either varies within a set of samples or it is too high, it wouldn’t correspond with the pharmacopeial quality standards.

BJ series of instruments are used for detecting disintegration of solid in prescriptive conditions.

FEATURES

There are twelve tubes in two basket assembly.
Each test station is driven independently. Auto stop at timing point.
The bath liquid can achieve an even temperature.
A MPU is used to automatically control the temperature, time and frequency of nacelle back and forth.
Timing at will. The preset and real time data can be displayed alternately in time.
